CLASSROOM REGISTRATION FORM

Enrollment in Central Illinois Police Training Center (CIPTC) MTU#7 classroom courses are restricted to law enforcement officers or employees of CIPTC MTU#7 member agencies. Registration must be submitted by someone authorized to approve training by the agency head or his/her designee. Unless notified, it is assumed course attendees are “on-duty”.

After submission of your form, you will be contacted by our staff to let you know your registration has been accepted.

NOTICE- the box located after the officer’s e-mail is where the officer’s “Police Training Board” (PTB) number should be documented. ISP and civilian staff will not have this number to enter in the box.
