The Central Illinois Police Training Center is an in-service training system designed to offer continuous training courses for current law enforcement officers. Housed at Illinois Central College, our Mobile Training Unit delivers comprehensive on-the-job training to the outstanding law officers of Peoria, Tazewell, and Woodford Counties.

Our Objective

At the Central Illinois Police Training Center, our primary goal has always been to encourage local and state law enforcement officers to enhance their abilities and knowledge while in the field. In addition, we have designed various curricula pertinent to law enforcement skills. Furthermore, each law enforcement officer we work with and train has numerous opportunities in their locality to take advantage of. With a flexible working schedule, it is possible for our experienced trainers to provide quality training and skill enhancement classes whenever needed.
