Bring a laptop or windows tablet (NO IPAD) with a mouse along with Google Earth Pro for Desktop (NOT REGULAR GOOGLE EARTH) pre-installed prior to class https://www.google.com/earth/versions/
Course Objective
This 3-day course program has been designed by the Homeland Training Institute at the College of DuPage to provide students with the necessary information to: Instruct Law Enforcement Personnel on skills and resources to examine Cellular records and Google Location Records.
Course Content
This course will provide law enforcement officials with the necessary information to successfully examine Cellular records and Google Records. Students will be instructed on Cellular Technology, legal aspects of cellular records, how to obtain and analyze cellular records and how to forensically map cellular records and other device location records including Google records. The class will combine classroom lecture and practical exercises with forensic mapping software.
