Course Objective
This one day, 4-hour program has been designed to update officers concerning the changes in the statutory law in relation to Illinois Body Camera/Digital Evidence Law. Focusing on the modification of Illinois Body Camera/Digital Evidence Law.
Course Content
The goals of this course are as follows.
- Provide a complete analysis of the statutory changes concerning Illinois Body Camera/Digital Evidence Law.
- Allow Illinois Law Enforcement Officers and Agencies to become familiar with changes that must be made in their Agency policies as a result of changes to the Illinois Body Camera/Digital Evidence Law.
- Provide an opportunity to discuss the best ways to react to these changes.
